Where does Exotic Snaxx ship?
We ship anywhere in the United States, and internationally to a list of countries you can check at checkout. US orders are $8 standard or $15 express, and shipping is free on orders over $50. International rates are calculated live by the carrier at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days, not counting weekends and public holidays. After that, estimated transit is 5 to 10 business days in the US, 7 to 14 to Canada, and 7 to 21 for other international destinations. These are carrier estimates, not guarantees, and customs can add time.
Are the snacks actually imported?
Yes. The shelf is built from genuine overseas-market product, not US versions in different packaging. That is the whole point of the store: flavours and formats that are sold in Japan, Korea, Mexico, the UK, Europe, the Middle East and elsewhere, and that a normal American grocery store does not carry.
Where is the Exotic Snaxx store?
4226 N Harlem Ave, Norridge, IL 60706, inside Harlem Irving Plaza, in the Chicago area. You can browse the wall in person, or order online and collect it at the counter.
What countries do you carry snacks from?
Over 30. The biggest shelves are Japan, Korea, the UK and Europe, Mexico, China, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and Canada. Everything else is grouped under More Countries.
What comes in a Mystery Box?
A hand-packed selection chosen off the shelves in store and matched to the heat tier you pick. Contents change with whatever landed that week, so no two boxes are the same. It is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
How spicy is Nuclear Heat?
Nuclear is tier 5 of our 5-tier heat ladder and the hottest shelf we stock, built around Carolina Reaper and ghost pepper products. The ladder runs Mild, Medium, Spicy, Extra Hot, Nuclear, so you can start lower and work up.
Can I return a snack I did not like?
No. All sales are final, in store and online, because we sell food and drink and cannot resell a returned item. If an order arrives damaged or is the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos and we will replace it where we can.
Can I pick up an online order in store?
Yes. Order online and collect at 4226 N Harlem Ave, Norridge IL 60706. You get an email when it is packed and ready at the counter.
