How much does the Mystery Box cost?

Four tiers: Mild $25, Medium $50, Nuclear $75 and Forbidden $100. It is a one-time purchase — you buy a box, not a plan.

What is the difference between the heat tiers?

Mild is sweet and creamy with no burn. Medium has a kick you can still snack through. Nuclear is the hottest shelf we stock, built around Carolina Reaper and ghost pepper products. Forbidden is the extreme end we keep behind the counter.

Can I pick up a Mystery Box in store?

How do the heat tiers work?

You pick a lane — Mild, Medium, Nuclear or Forbidden — and we hand-load every box to match. Higher tiers swap the sweet fillers for more genuinely spicy hitters, so a Forbidden box has way more stuff that fights back than a Mild one. Every box still mixes in drinks and treats so it's a full experience, not just pain.

Can I change my tier later?

Each box is bought on its own, so there is no tier to change — you just pick the tier you want the next time you order. Bump up to Forbidden when you are feeling brave, or back down to Mild when your tongue needs a break.

What if I can't handle the heat?

Totally fair — Forbidden is not for everyone and we're not mad about it. Every box mixes in cooldown snacks and drinks so there's always something you can actually enjoy. Regretted your tier? Message us and we'll drop you a tier for your next box. Keep milk handy either way.

When does my box ship or when can I pick it up?

Boxes ship anywhere in the US, or reserve for pickup at HIP Mall (4226 N Harlem Ave, Norridge) — and we email you when it is ready. You'll get tracking either way.
