Refund policy

All sales are final. Exotic Snaxx does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

We sell food and drink. Once an item leaves our store or ships to you, we cannot resell it, so every order is final. That includes change of mind, flavor preference, heat level, duplicate orders, and items you no longer want.

Damaged or incorrect orders
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If an item arrived damaged, or you received something you did not order, email us at exoticsnaxxhip@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item and its packaging. We will review it and send a replacement where we can.

Order cancellations
You can cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, as long as it has not already been packed or shipped. Email us right away with your order number.

In-store purchases
Purchases made at our store are also final. No returns, no exchanges.
